Mystery & Mastery 4: Challenges to centering

MYSTERY & MASTERY offers participants the experience of activating their brilliant system in a supportive group setting. This month we will bring our challenges to centering into focus, and using our felt sense and other forms of guidance from our brilliant system, we will learn how to welcome and hold space for whatever our needs attention and bring ourselves into balance. Who knows? You may even find an invitation to surrender to mystery or step into mastery!
If you’ve ever wanted to get past the clichés and into the juicy marrow of meditation, yoga, self-empowerment, and other healing fields, this is for you. Come to experience your brilliant system!
Doors open at 6:30p, circle opens at 7:00p. Bring some water and a notebook.
